Hello 👋, I’m Nandita
 

I’m an engineering leader turned founder, with over a decade of experience building software, leading high-impact teams, and scaling systems that power real-world applications. I’ve worked across industries — from cloud infrastructure and media to identity and developer platforms — and I’ve worn many hats along the way: backend engineer, full-stack developer, tech lead, manager, and now, founder.

What’s remained constant through all of it? My passion for building human-centered products, growing strong engineering teams, and helping people succeed in their careers.

Now I’m channeling that experience into building an AI-powered career platform to help professionals interview smarter, grow faster, and thrive in today’s competitive job market.

🔐 Okta/Auth0
I led large teams focused on platform extensibility and developer tools. My work spanned frameworks, API architecture, and team building — all while supporting mission-critical, security-first products.

📡 Comcast
At Comcast, I worked on large-scale content delivery systems and internal platforms that powered millions of users across the U.S. My focus was on improving system performance, building resilient services, and enabling faster delivery cycles for video streaming products. This role deepened my appreciation for operating at scale, cross-team collaboration, and building for performance in high-traffic environments.
 

🎬 NBCUniversal
At the intersection of tech and media, I helped lead engineering initiatives for large-scale video platforms and internal tooling. It was where I deepened my focus on developer experience and team growth.

💼 Microsoft
I worked on cloud infrastructure and distributed systems at scale, contributing to core backend services and collaborating across orgs to drive platform reliability.
